Tim Cuprisin - Longtime Milwaukee media columnist Tim Cuprisin died Wednesday morning (2/23/11) after a battle with melanoma. Cuprisin joined the staff of Milwaukee Journal in 1986. He left the Journal Sentinel in fall of 2009 and worked as a media columnist for OnMilwaukee.com. He was a Chicago native and began his career at the City News Bureau in Chicago before working for the Green Bay Press-Gazette, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Cuprisin was 53 years old.
